Abstract:
lanolin type triterpene is a kind of triterpene type compounds with four ring system, widely distributed in plants, is one of the common triterpenoids in schisandra, mainly with anti-HIV, anti-tumor and other pharmacological effects. In this paper, the structure classification and pharmacological activities of lanolin triterpenoids in Schisandraceae were reviewed to provide references for the rational development and utilization of Medicinal Plant Resources of Schisandraceae.

Abstract:
The reaction mechanism and influencing factors of lanolin saponification were discussed, and the primary and secondary factors affecting lanolin saponification reaction and the optimal process conditions were determined. The saponification rate of lanolin can reach 97% by using this process.Key words:

Abstract:
The invention discloses a method for extracting high-purity cholesterol from lanolin, which comprises the following steps:(1) dissociating cholesterol from wool acid cholesterol ester by transesterification reaction;(2) obtaining crude cholesterol by short-path distillation;(3) purifying cholesterol by silica gel column chromatography;(4) obtaining purified cholesterol by crystallization. The purity of the final product obtained by this method is over 95% and the yield of cholesterol is over 70%. The method has the characteristics of high product quality, strong adaptability of raw materials, low production cost, short process, low consumption, less pollution, and simple process, easy operation, suitable for large-scale production.
